Workplace Mental Health Seminars:
Engage workers. Energize culture. Grow productivity.
Caring employers know that when staff arrive at the office, they’re showing up not just as an employee, but as an entire person. That means their mental health impacts their work, their coworkers, and the culture of your organization.
My workplace mental health seminars are designed to equip your team with the practical skills and perspectives they need to feel capable when struggles arise, to show up for themselves and for others, and to confidently overcome their challenges.
My presentations are engaging, accessible, and useful the moment attendees leave the session. They’re built on a foundation of the latest psychological research, years of professional experience, and a high-level education. Finally, they’re customized to your field and to your organization’s specific needs – the presentation I build for your team could not be given to any other.

The Process
1.
Goal setting
We discuss your chosen topic, your desired takeaways for your team, and any specific points you’d like the seminar to cover.
I combine these with my mental health expertise to create a point-form
presentation plan for your approval.
2.
Crafting the presentation
I build the full presentation based on the approved plan, weaving together engaging visuals, multimedia elements, and exercises
to support knowledge and skill retention.
Audience/attendee participation is entirely optional and is anonymized when used.
3.
Final Review
You are sent the draft presentation for final approval.
This happens well in advance of the
scheduled session to allow ample time for
any desired edits to be implemented and approved.
