Empathy training:

Build connection. Energize culture. Grow productivity.

The research is clear:
A connected team is an effective team.

Maybe you’ve tried team-building field trips and ice breakers around the office, but empathy and conflict resolution training work at the root of how people connect in the workplace.

My seminars are accessible, engaging, and useful the moment attendees leave the session. They’re customized to your business and your industry – the training I build for your team could not be given to another.

These sessions are informed by years of experience and education. I’ve individually trained over 200 people in the skills and perspectives that empower them to actively show caring for others and for themselves. The Crisis Centre of B.C. trains 150 responders each year in empathy and connection using learning tools and curricula that I wrote and implemented.

In short, I have a wealth of expertise that means I can help your team come together in a genuine and lasting way. If you’re interested in booking a seminar or if you have any questions, use the contact form below to get in touch.

Testimonials

“It was such an insightful and engaging presentation!

I thought Max was a very effective presenter – he spoke well and was relatable.

The level of information in the presentation was perfect – not too much that I was overwhelmed, and enough to fill the time nicely.”
